14forty launches at the London Science Museum
With the backdrop of history and innovation offered by the London Science Museum, 14forty Managing Director Steve Davies, last night unveiled the new integrated facilities management (IFM) business, from Compass Group UK & Ireland to clients, colleagues, partners and industry insiders.
As the lights dimmed over the engine room and the guests moved through a highly visual display articulating the customer insight and market research behind the new brand, the music heightened the sense of excitement. Steve Davies then took to the stage to explain the strategy behind the new brand and what 14forty can deliver within the 1440 minutes in each day. Steve explained how 14forty will self-deliver food and soft support services such as cleaning, security, guest and business services, working with trusted partners to deliver other, technical services.
Clearly setting out the vision for the future, Steve labelled ‘making the complex simple’ as the ethos for the business with the core aim of driving its clients’ businesses forward. 14forty employees are multi-skilled so enabling them to fulfil several functions, whilst having one ‘go to’ point of contact backed up with an intelligent management information system ensures that the focus on ROI is at the core of the proposition.
Ultimately, 14forty will reduce organisational expenditure on facilities management, drive bespoke service agreements and provide better value for money. The striking green and black logo set at 24 degrees, as a symbol of the 24 hours in the day that the 14forty team looks after its’ clients and people, was the main talking point amongst guests, as the celebrations continued into the night.
